Who is this tool for?
Use this tool to search for HIV prevention, care, and support services available in Philadelphia, the four non-Philadelphia Pennsylvania counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery (PA), and the four New Jersey counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem (NJ). Listed services are primarily those administered by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. Services are intended to provide support for people with HIV or for HIV prevention.

- Benephilly is a free service to help people apply for public benefits, including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Property Tax/Rent Rebate (PT/RR), Medicaid/Medical Assistance (MA), Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Homestead Exemption, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Food assistance
- Find Free or Low-Cost Primary Care services in Philadelphia using the Primary Care Finder.
- Find Harm Reduction Services and resources via Substance Use Philly.
- To find resources to support older adults, use the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging helpline or Request Assistance Form.
- If you are seeking homeless services resources, contact the Prevention, Diversion & Intake Unit to see if you qualify for help. There are two ways to get in touch with intake social workers and case managers:
- Call the Homelessness Prevention InfoLine at (215) 686-7177 and follow the instructions. Due to high call volume, it could take more than 72 hours to receive a call back.
- Visit a City-funded intake center.
- For help finding mental health services, including crisis services, go to the DBHIDS website.

Short-term help paying for an emergency need, including utilities, housing, and transportation.
- Emergency Financial Assistance Pharmacy
Help with paying for medication.
- Food Bank/Home Delivered Meals
Help with getting food, either at a food bank or delivered to your home.
- Harm Reduction and Syringe Access Services
Services to prevent HIV transmission and overdose. Services include exchange of used syringes for new syringes in order to prevent HIV and other communicable diseases.
